Incentive 1:    ₹50 per registration if total  >    50/month
                               ₹75 per registration if total  >    75/month
                            ₹100 per registration if total  > 100/month

Allowance:   Telephone reimbursement: Up to ₹1,000/month

Minimum Performance Expectation: Minimum 25 patients per month

If targets are not met for 2 consecutive months → Warning issued

If targets are not met for 3 consecutive months → Termination without notice

In case of termination or target failure, no base salary will be paid and 💰 payout will be ₹200 per quality registration done (performance-only basis)
