In over 25 years of practising Rajayoga, and through my postgraduate studies in counselling and spiritual health, I’ve come to understand that true healing begins with being seen, heard, and gently guided back to one’s own inner light.
At this phase of my life, with deep gratitude and a heart full of purpose, I’ve chosen to dedicate more personal time to psychological and emotional counselling.
